Shares of KRN Heat Exchangers Ltd. are trading with losses of over 3.5% on Monday. The stock has declined in two out of the last three trading sessions.

The stock has already tripled from its IPO price of ₹210 within three months of making its stock market debut.

Shares are down in today’s session as its three-month lock-in period ended. As many as 20 lakh shares of KRN Heat Exchangers or 4% of the outstanding equity became eligible to trade today.

It must be noted that the shareholder lock-in period ending does not mean all the shares will be sold in the open market but they only become eligible to be traded.
On the other hand, shares of Enviro Infra Engineering are also trading with losses of 5.2% in today’s trading session.

Enviro Infra shares are also declining on Monday as their three-month lock-in period on the stock ended.

As many as 70 lakh shares of Enviro Infra Engineers became eligible to trade as the lock-in period ended.

The number of shares of Enviro Infra that have freed up for trading amount to 37% of the company’s outstanding equity.

Shares of Enviro Infra Engineers have also doubled from their IPO price of ₹148, within a month of its listing.

Enviro Infra Engineers shares are down 5.2% in today’s trading session at ₹303.2. KRN Heat too is down 3.5% at ₹706.
