Vedanta | Mining conglomerate said its board of directors is set to meet on October 8 to consider the declaration of the fourth interim dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2024-25. Also, the record date for determining the entitlement of equity shareholders to the dividend, if approved, has been set for Wednesday, October 16, 2024.

Reliance Power | The company said its subsidiary, Rosa Power, has prepaid ₹850 crore of its debt to Singapore-based lender Varde Partners. Following Reliance Power’s achievement of zero debt, Rosa Power is now on track to become debt-free. The company aims to settle its remaining debt in the next quarter, completing the process before the end of the current financial year.

Uno Minda | Auto components maker said its subsidiary Minda Onkyo India Private Ltd, has entered into a technical license agreement (TLA) with Hyundai Mobis Co Ltd, Korea. The agreement enables Minda Onkyo to manufacture licensed products, specifically speakers, for Hyundai Mobis.

Zen Technologies | Defence training solutions firm said the company in partnership with its subsidiary AI Turing Technologies has launched four innovative remote-controlled weapon and surveillance systems aimed at revolutionising defence capabilities.

Cipla | Drug firm said its wholly-owned subsidiary Cipla (EU) Ltd has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining 6.9124% equity interest of Jiangsu Xidi Pharmaceuticals Co Ltd in China-based Cipla (Jiangsu) Pharmaceuticals Co Ltd.

Coromandel International | Agri-solutions provider said it has acquired an additional equity stake in Baobab Mining and Chemicals Corporation (BMCC), Senegal, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Coromandel Chemicals Ltd.Coromandel’s additional 8.82% equity stake in BMCC will take its overall shareholding to 53.8%.
