“The Udayshivakumar Infra Limited (UIL) has entered 3 Nos. Joint Venture with KMC Construction Limited (KMCCL) for bidding of National Highways Project works under EPC mode in the state of Karnataka and all three Joint Ventures have won the bidding and become the L1 (Lowest Bidder No.1),” according to a stock exchange filing.
The projects, awarded under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode, involve road widening and shoulder paving.

The largest project is the ₹366.19 crore widening of a 36.5 km stretch on NH-69, Honnavar-Chittoor Section. The second project, worth ₹299.19 crore, involves widening two lanes on NH-150A, covering 48 km from KB Cross to Nelligere.
The third project, valued at ₹391.92 crore, is for the widening of a 60.2 km stretch of NH-548B near Murgundi to Chikkodi. Each project has a completion timeline of 24 months. UIL and KMCCL are now awaiting Letters of Acceptance (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India to proceed with execution.
Shares of Udayshivakumar Infra Ltd ended at ₹59.44, up by ₹2.83, or 5.00% on the BSE.
