Transrail Lighting Ltd. will be allotting shares to eligible shareholders who bid for its three-day Initial Public Offer (IPO) on Tuesday, December 24.

The ₹839 crore mainboard IPO saw overall subscription of 81 times during the three-day period. The issue opened on December 19 and closed on December 23.

Majority of the demand during the IPO was led by institutional investors (QIB), who placed bids for 197 times the 37.95 lakh shares reserved for them.

The portion reserved for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) was subscribed 76.41 times, while the retail segment saw overall subscription of 22.07 times the shares on offer. The employee portion was subscribed 4.07 times.

Those who participated in the IPO bidding can check the allotment status online on the official websites of NSE, BSE and the issue registrar, Link Intime India Pvt Ltd.

· Log on to the IPO allotment page on the BSE here.

· Select Equity as the ‘Issue Type’.

· Choose Transrail Lighting Ltd. from the dropdown menu.

· Enter your application number or PAN to proceed.

· Verify ‘Captcha’.

· Click on Search to view your share allotment.

Steps to check IPO allotment status on Link Intime India:

· Log on to Link Intime India website: https://www.linkintime.co.in

· Click the Investor Services link on the main menu and select Public Issues

· From the dropdown menu, select ‘Transrail Lighting Ltd.‘ from the list of companies.

· Choose from PAN, Application Number, DP/Client ID or Account Number/IFSC to view your allotment status

· Enter the required details

· Hit ‘Submit’ to check the allotment status

Allotted shares will be credited to the applicants’ Demat accounts, and refunds will be initiated for unsuccessful bids on December 26.

Shares of Transrail Lighting Limited are slated to be listed on the NSE and BSE on December 27.
