In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Timken India posted a net profit of ₹67.5 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company’s revenue from operations grow 9.7% to ₹671.4 crore as against ₹612.2 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

At the operating level, EBITDA was up 4% to ₹106.5 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal over ₹102.4 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal.
EBITDA margin stood at 15.9% in the reporting quarter as compared to 16.7% in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. EBITDA is earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation.
The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of Timken India Ltd ended at ₹2,821.90, up by ₹8.80 or 0.31% on the BSE.
