The scheme is benchmarked against the Nifty Small Cap 250 Total Return Index (TRI) and will be managed by Varun Goel, Senior Fund Manager – Equity.
It seeks to provide long-term wealth creation opportunities by investing in high-growth small-cap companies that demonstrate strong fundamentals, corporate governance, and sustainable earnings growth.
The New Fund Offer (NFO) will be open for subscription till January 24, 2025.
The scheme will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase on February 3, 2025.

Investment strategy
The Mirae Asset Small Cap Fund will allocate at least 65% of its portfolio to small-cap stocks, with up to 35% in mid-cap and large-cap stocks. The fund will focus on companies with:

- Strong corporate governance
- Minimal or negligible leverage
