Shares of MedPlus Health Services Ltd. opened as much as 4% lower on Monday (August 26) after 1.5 crore shares, representing 12.8% equity of the company, exchanged hands in a large transaction.

Shares changed hands at an average price of ₹616 per share, and the transaction is valued at ₹950 crore, according to data available on the exchanges.

Buyers and sellers in the deal are not immediately known.

Shares of MedPlus Health Services Ltd. are down nearly 2% at ₹622. The stock has tumbled 22% from its IPO price of ₹796.
