Integrated diagnostic services provider Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd on Thursday (October 10) said it has secured two agreements with the Ranchi Institute of Neuro-Psychiatry & Allied Services (RINPAS) and the Medical Superintendent of Sadar Hospital, Ranchi.

The first agreement was established with the Ranchi Institute of Neuro-Psychiatry & Allied Services (RINPAS), where Krsnaa Diagnostics will supply, install, commission, operate, and maintain a radiology centre (CT & MRI) and pathology laboratory services on a public-private partnership (PPP) basis.

In a separate yet related development, Krsnaa Diagnostics has also received a signed agreement from the Medical Superintendent of Sadar Hospital, Ranchi. This contract involves commissioning, installing, operating, and maintaining radiology services (CT and MRI) at Sadar Hospital, located on Purulia Road, Ranchi.

Like the RINPAS agreement, this initiative will also operate under a PPP framework. The financial size of both contracts cannot be estimated at this stage due to their newness.

Krsnaa Diagnostics provides a range of technology-enabled diagnostic services such as imaging (including radiology), pathology/clinical laboratory and tele-radiology services to public and private hospitals, medical colleges and community health centres pan-India.

The company focuses on the PPP diagnostics segment and has the largest presence there.

Shares of Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd ended at ₹859.65, up by ₹16.45, or 1.95%, on the BSE.
