Launched by Mehak Tomar, Founder and CEO, the initiative seeks to provide participants with exposure to financial decision-making in a competitive setting.

“Despite growing retail participation in the stock market, many individuals still lack fundamental investing knowledge,” Tomar said. “IFI is designed to provide a structured learning environment where participants engage with investment concepts and apply them in real scenarios.”

StockEdge has joined IFI as the official analytics partner.
“StockEdge will offer data-driven insights, helping participants and viewers understand investment concepts more effectively,” Tomar said.

Contestants will have access to real-time market analytics and research tools, while viewers will be presented with simplified financial data to enhance their understanding of market trends.

Nilesh Shah has been named as the first judge on the show. “We looked for judges with experience in investment management and financial education,” Tomar said. “Nilesh Shah brings deep market knowledge and mentorship experience. Additional experts from diverse investment backgrounds will be part of the panel, contributing different perspectives.”

IFI combines financial education with an interactive format that includes structured challenges and real-world financial scenarios.

The format includes eliminations and guest appearances from industry figures, who will share their financial experiences.

IFI is expected to expand beyond television into digital platforms. “With increasing digital content consumption, IFI aims to become a broader financial education platform,” Tomar said. Plans include interactive applications, AI-driven learning modules, and digital investment education resources. “The goal is to make financial literacy more accessible through multiple platforms,” she added.
