IDFC FIRST Bank has launched the Mayura Credit Card, adding to its premium metal card range. This new card combines modern travel benefits with a design inspired by Indian heritage, specifically the peacock, or “Mayura.”

It offers a metal card experience with features catering to both travel and lifestyle needs, IDFC FIRST Bank said.

Key features of the Mayura Credit Card

Zero forex mark-up: No extra charges on foreign currency transactions.

Reward points: Earn 10x reward points on spends above ₹20,000 per statement cycle and on birthdays.

Airport lounge access: Four domestic lounge/spa visits, including one guest per quarter, and four international lounge visits per quarter.

Trip cancellation coverage: Reimbursement of up to ₹50,000 for flight and hotel cancellations in a year.

Movie benefits: Buy one, get one free movie tickets with up to ₹500 off on the second ticket, twice a month via BookMyShow.

Golf privileges: Up to 40 rounds or lessons per year.

A recent survey highlighted a growing preference for metal cards, especially for customers seeking exclusivity.

Shirish Bhandari, Head of Credit Cards at IDFC FIRST Bank, stated that the Mayura Card is designed for global-minded customers.

The Mayura Credit Card comes with a joining fee of ₹5,999 plus GST, and an annual fee of ₹5,999 plus GST.
