The company announced its earnings for the second quarter ending September 30, 2024, in which it reported a profit of ₹4,235 crore and a revenue of ₹28,530 crore, up slightly from the ₹28,057 crore reported the preceding quarter. In dollar terms, the company’s revenue came in at ₹3.4 billion.

Over the last five years, the company has paid dividends worth ₹184 per share to its shareholders.
Shares of HCL Technologies will trade ex-dividend on the day or a day before the record date.
When a company goes ex-dividend on a particular date, its stock does not carry the value of the next dividend payment. An ex-dividend date also dictates which shareholders are eligible to receive the dividend payment.
Along with that proposal, the board also considered earnings for the September quarter.
Shares of HCL Technologies Ltd. settled 1.38% higher at ₹1,865 apiece on the NSE today. The stock has risen about 26% so far this year.
