Aircraft movements for the month grew 7% year-on-year and 5% month-on-month to 64,364. In YTD FY25, GMR Airports surpassed 88.8 million passengers and 0.55 million aircraft movements, setting new records for both metrics.
Delhi Airport handled over 7 million passengers in December, marking its highest monthly traffic ever and a 6.7% YoY increase. Domestic traffic accounted for 5.1 million passengers (+7.1% year-on-year), while international traffic stood at 1.9 million (+5.5% year-on-year). The airport also managed record cargo volumes of 0.83 million metric tonnes in YTD FY25, up 13.8% year-on-year.

Hyderabad Airport saw its busiest month ever, handling 2.7 million passengers in December (+20.1% year-on-year). Domestic traffic reached 2.3 million (+23.2% year-on-year), while international traffic stood at 0.43 million (+6.1% year-on-year). The airport also set a single-day record with 92,000 passengers on December 22, 2024.
Mopa (Goa) Airport handled 0.42 million passengers in December and 3.4 million passengers in YTD FY25, with international traffic surging 227.5% year-on-year following the start of international operations in July 2023.
Shares of GMR Airports Ltd ended at ₹76.08, up by ₹1.40, or 1.87% on the BSE.
