Page Industries Ltd., the licensee of Jockey International and Speedo in India and Sri Lanka announced a dividend payout of ₹250 per share for its shareholders along with its September quarter results. This follows a first interim dividend of ₹300 that the company had declared along with its June quarter results.

The company has fixed November 16, 2024, as the record date for the dividend payout, which will be credited to its shareholders, on or before December 6, 2024.

For the September quarter, Page Industries reported a 30.5% growth in its net profit from the same quarter last year to ₹195.5 crore.

Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹1,246 crore, a growth of 11% from the same quarter last year, during which, the company had reported a topline of ₹1,122 crore.

Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter increased by 25.6% to ₹296 crore, while EBITDA margin saw an expansion of over 250 basis points to 23.5% from 21% in the year-ago quarter.

Shares of Page Industries are currently fluctuating between gains and losses, currently trading 1% higher post the earnings announcement at ₹44,616. The stock is up 15% so far in 2024.
