Earnings Wrap: ICICI Bank delivers again, IndiGo reports first loss in 2 years: ICICI Bank made a net profit of ₹11,745.9 crore in the September quarter, higher than Street estimates of ₹11,029.8 crore. It was also 14.5% higher than the previous year’s ₹10,261 crore. Its net interest income was ₹20,048 crore, compared to a CNBC-TV18 poll of ₹19,995.1 crore. The NII was 9.5% more than last year’s ₹18,307.9 crore. Meanwhile, aviation major IndiGo slipped back into the red, reporting a loss of Rs 987 crore in the second quarter ended September 2024. The company had reported a profit of Rs 189 crore in the September quarter of the previous year and Rs 2,728 crore in the preceding June quarter.

Adani arm to buy near 47% in ITD Cementation from promoter, to make open offer: Adani Group unit Renew Exim DMCC has announced a definitive agreement to acquire a 46.64 percent equity stake in ITD Cementation India Ltd from Italian-Thai Development Public Company Ltd (ITD) for about Rs 3,204 crore, at Rs 400 per share.
