Three companies who have recently announced share buybacks have their record dates in the upcoming week. AIA Engineering, which approved a ₹500 crore share buyback at a price of ₹5,000 per share, has fixed its record date for Tuesday, August 20. Additionally, Symphony, which announced a share buyback at a 100% premium to its previous day’s closing price, has fixed its record date as August 21, while Mayur Uniquoters will have its buyback record date on August 23.

CDSL Bonus shares

CDSL shareholders approved the 1:1 bonus issue over the weekend and the record date for the same has been fixed as August 24.

AIA Engineering Share price
