The acquisition will be funded through internal accruals and is expected to be completed by October 31, 2024.

SBI Cards | Pure play credit card issuer announced that its board of directors will meet on September 18, 2024, to discuss and approve a proposal to raise funds amounting to ₹5,000 crore through the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The funds will be raised via private placement in one or more tranches over a specified period.

Puravankara | Realty firm said it has acquired the redevelopment rights for Miami Apartments, a prestigious society located in Breach Candy, South Mumbai. The site spans over 2,000 square metres, marking Puravankara’s entry into the high-end South Mumbai real estate market.

H G Infra | The company said it has received confirmation from Central Railway regarding the appointed date for its project involving the construction of a new broad gauge line between Dhule (Borvihir) and Nardana in Maharashtra, spanning approximately 49.45 km.

Tata Power | Tata Power EV Charging Solutions said it has signed a MoU with Tata Motors to set up 200 fast-charging stations for electric commercial vehicles across metro cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. The initiative aims to provide seamless and accessible charging options for small electric commercial vehicles (CVs).

BPCL | State-owned company said its board of directors, in a meeting, approved two joint ventures aimed at supporting the company’s energy transition and net-zero initiatives. BPCL will enter into a 50:50 joint venture with Sembcorp Green Hydrogen India Private to develop renewable energy and green hydrogen projects across India.
