Amber Enterprises Q2 Result: AC solutions provider reverses Q1 gains – CNBC TV18

Amber Enterprises India, a solutions provider for air conditioners and components, released its financial results for the second quarter and first half ending 30 September 2024. The company recorded mixed performance, with fluctuations in revenue, profit margins, and key expense categories.

For the second quarter, Amber Enterprises reported revenue from operations of ₹897.79 crore, a decline from ₹1,764.06 crore in the previous quarter.

For the half-year period, the company achieved a total revenue of ₹2,661.85 crore. The company posted a net loss of ₹12.35 crore for the second quarter, reversing the ₹44.31 crore profit seen in the preceding quarter. For the half-year ending September 2024, Amber reported a profit of ₹31.95 crore, marking a recovery from losses in the same period last year.

Total expenses for the quarter amounted to ₹920.51 crore, which led to a loss before tax of ₹22.72 crore. On a consolidated basis, Amber Enterprises registered a total income of ₹1,702.52 crore for the second quarter, down from ₹2,421.97 crore recorded in the previous quarter. The company’s profit before tax stood at ₹23.61 crore, while net profit for the second quarter was ₹20.96 crore, marking an improvement compared to earlier losses.

The shares of Amber Enterprises ended 11% in the red on Tuesday, October 22.
