Mumbai-based real estate firm Ahluwalia Contracts said on Monday it has won orders worth ₹1307 crore for finishing works at towers and basements of two housing projects in Gurugram.
Under the first contract, the company will be responsible for the civil structure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works as well as finishing works for all towers and basements and all other ancillary buildings at Project De-luxe DXP,
Gurugram.
The real estate company will be required to do the same works at a different site in Gurugram, called Iconic Tower.
Both the orders will be for term of two years, the company said in an exchange filing. While the Project De-luxe order is worth ₹1144 crore, the Iconic Tower order is worth ₹163 crore, the firm added.
Shares of the real estate major rose 0.7% to close at ₹1,197.05 per share.
