Senco Gold | The jewellery company, which had a stellar run in 2024, had announced a stock split, where it would split one share of ₹10 into two shares of ₹5 each. The record date for the stock split is also fixed as Friday, January 31. The stock has corrected over 40% from its peak of over ₹1,500.

JBM Auto | The manufacturer of electric buses and other commercial vehicles announced a stock split earlier, where it will split one share of ₹2 into two shares of ₹1 each. Record date for this stock split is Friday, January 31. The stock is down 40% from its peak of over ₹2,400.

Mazda | The company had announced the split of one equity share of ₹10 into five equity shares of ₹2 each. The record date for the stock split is Tuesday, January 28.

Accelya Solutions | The company recently announced its highest dividend payout on record at ₹50 per share. Over the last two years, the company has paid ₹180 per share as dividend to its shareholders. Record date for this recent dividend payout is fixed as Thursday, January 30.

MPS | The company recently declared an interim dividend of ₹33 per share along with its December quarter results. The record date for the same is fixed as Wednesday, January 29.

Persistent Systems | One of the three midcap IT companies that outperformed this quarter also announced an interim dividend of ₹20 per share and the record date for the same has been fixed as Friday, January 31.

Coforge | Persistent’s peer Coforge also outperformed during the quarter and announced an interim dividend of ₹19 per share, the ninth such instance that the company has done so in the last two years. The record date for this dividend is fixed as Thursday, January 30.

Torrent Pharma | The drugmaker recently announced quarterly results and declared an interim dividend of ₹26 per share. The record date for this dividend has been fixed as Friday, January 31.
